ABSOLUTELY amazing stay
shows dance floor nice staff energetic team
The shows are very entertaining. The dance floor is amazing, it was fun with us. The activities are numerous. Noah and Amy from the entertainment team are very nice. The staff is energetic and pushes you to participate in activities like beach volleyball.
The air conditioning and heating system was turned off. This happened despite outside temperatures being around 13°C during the day.

The food options had good quality drinks. Many local dishes are available. The Moroccan restaurant offers an excellent experience (i loved it!).

The lagoon style pool is beautiful and feels like paradise. The pool area provides fresh towels. I noticed available sun-beds throughout the day (very convenient!).

The rooms are big. Sea view rooms are AMAZING. I find the beds very comfortable and it helped me rest a lot after a long trip.

fantastic experience!
modern room great food friendly staff lovely bar
the rooms were large and modern. My room in block 5000 faced the sea. the hotel food was great! the staff was wonderful. there was plenty of variety, so i always found something i liked. the hotel bars were a great feature. I especially loved the bar area.
I found navigating the complex challenging due to its size. The paths at night were dimly lit. this made it difficult to see when returning to my room, as the paths seemed quite dark.

The main restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating. Breakfast and lunch are in the restaurant. dinners have a theme each night. The drinks included water, juice, wine, and beer. it offers a varied selection of dishes to choose from.

I received a quick and friendly check-in. The staff was responsive to requests. many staff members spoke good english. the staff always brought drinks over. the staff was attentive and very helpful!

the hotel has multiple pools! the pools include one indoor pool, perfect for colder days. the hotel provides direct beach access. the gardens are well maintained.

the room included a large walk-in shower. my room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of storage space. the rooms have nice decorations with towels. the bathrooms are very large and contain plenty of hot water.

poor food room facilities
the food was really disappointing it was not up to a four star standard i became ill after three days i had sickness and diarrhea it lasted for three days i spent that time in my room there were no tea or coffee facilities in the room so i only had water
